A menacingly thin home has hit the market in Florida.
Located at 1952 Horn St. in Jacksonville Beach, the residence is just 10 feet wide and comes with two bedrooms, three baths and a slim one-car garage.

Known as a “spite” house, the 1,547-square-foot home was built on a leftover lot, or a small piece of undeveloped land within a developed area, according to Business Insider.
The home’s listing agent, Ryan Wetherhold of Oceanside Real Estate, told Business Insider smaller lots are typical of this particular neighborhood, which is a highly dense area close to the beach. A neighbor had been using the empty space as a garden and stirred up opposition to the lot being developed.
“[To] be honest, the builder almost built this out of spite just because of that fact. ‘Oh, you don’t think we can build, hold my beer,’” Wetherhold told the publication.
The home, which is a “narrow but deep lot offering a unique build,” also comes with a large fenced backyard with room for a pool, according to the listing.
The home is priced at $619, 000 and the listing agent is Ryan Wetherhold of Oceanside Real Estate.
