1. Introduction
This goHighrise Marketplace Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between GOHIGHRISE, or “goHighrise”, a corporation registered in the state of Nevada, and the Vendors (“Vendors”), any entity (“you”, or “Partner”) involved in real estate sales, lease, real estate marketing and any real estate service. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Vendor may participate in the goHighrise marketplace and provide products and services to customers.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Vendor agrees to provide products and services, including marketing materials, listing pricing, real estate projects, and real estate services, to customers through the goHighrise marketplace.
2.2 The specific services to be provided by the Vendor shall be agreed upon in writing between goHighrise and the Vendor.
2.3 The Vendor acknowledges that goHighrise may modify or update the marketplace services from time to time, and the Vendor agrees to comply with any such modifications or updates.
