The ranch once owned by entertainer Wayne Newton south of Las Vegas is up for sale with a $31.3 million price tag. Smoketree Group, based in the Silver State, has listed the 39.5-acre ranch built by Mr. Las Vegas at 6629 South Pecos Road, in unincorporated Paradise, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
