This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Vendor may participate in the goHighrise marketplace and provide products and services to customers.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Vendor agrees to provide products and services, including marketing materials, listing pricing, real estate projects, and real estate services, to customers through the goHighrise marketplace.
