Realtor Ed Prather joins us to talk about the recent National Association of Realtors policy change regarding commissions for buyers’ agents. I was personally stung by the old policy just before it changed and I’m pissed. (And I’m trying to do something about it.)

I note that the Dept of Justice is reopening an investigation into the behavior of the industry.
