The Real Estate industry in Egypt is each month’s OOH champion. This report calculates the occupancy rate of ad faces used in the top 20 campaigns.

In October 2023, 35 real estate OOH campaigns were seen in Greater Cairo’s streets; this month’s top 20 campaigns contained 17. It is worth mentioning that the UAE-based real estate search engine for buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, Bayut is on the top 20 list for October 2023.

1- Gates Lugar (114 ad faces)

We will be releasing shortly.” The campaign’s reliance on eye-catching words and a minimalist design is intended to pique the interest of potential buyers.

4-AMARA (88 ad faces)

AMARA’s OOH promises to redefine luxury living with a blend of modern design, cutting-edge amenities, and a prime location tailored to the needs of contemporary residents. New Plan Developments’ signature minimalist advertising approach is once again employed, emphasizing the much-awaited reveal of this new real estate development in New Cairo, dubbed “Timeless Excellence.”

5- Housing & Development Properties (68 ad faces)

Housing and Development Properties (HDP), a subsidiary of Housing and Development Bank (HDB), has launched a new outdoor advertising campaign in Cairo to boost awareness of its brand and the site of its next project. The campaign, which follows the brand’s previous out-of-home effort in July 2023, includes a number of out-of-home formats, including digital screens.
