Another big Dallas shopping center is up for grabs.

Jones Lang LaSalle has been hired to market the massive Shops at Park Lane to buyers. The brokerage firm’s marketing materials describe the retail center as being in the “top 6% of shopping centers in U.S.”

Located across North Central Expressway from NorthPark Center, the Shops at Park Lane contains almost 665,000 square feet of space. The popular retail destination has tenants including Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Bloomingdale’s Outlet, HomeGoods, Old Nay and Saks Off Fifth.

The Shops at Park Lane, built in 2009, has been owned since 2010 by Northwoo­d Retail. The retail center is almost 90% leased.

Shops at Park Lane is one of three big North Texas retail properties currently on the market.

The 150-acre Village at Allen shopping center on U.S. Highway 75 is being offered for sale. The corner retail venue includes more than 850,000 square feet of stores and restaurant space.

In Southlake, the 185,000-square-foot Park Village shopping center is being marketed for sale by CBRE Group.

More than $1.3 billion in D-FW shopping centers have changed hands so far this year.
