Kanye West is in talks to buy property in Dubai, a real estate agent revealed to Arabian Business
The US rapper was spotted dining with real estate agent Marcel Remus in Dubai earlier this month, with much speculation on whether Kanye West will buy property in the emirate.

Remus, who runs the high-end brokerage Marcel Remus Real Estate, has now confirmed that West is considering making a purchase.
“I just had several meetings last week with superstar Kanye West. We both stayed at the iconic Atlantis The Royal,” he told Arabian Business, revealing that many of his wealthy clients are looking to move to Dubai.
During his visit to Dubai, West performed a surprise concert on November 26 alongside rappers Lil Durk and Ty Dolla $ign at the Blu Dubai nightclub.
He was also spotted barefoot at Nobu by The Beach, where West was warmly greeted by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa himself.
A source revealed to Arabian Business last week that the rapper thoroughly enjoyed his Dubai visit due to the respect the city affords its wealthy visitors, with no hordes of paparazzi hounding his every move — unlike in the US.
Many celebrities own homes in Dubai, including Lindsay Lohan, Giorgio Armani and David and Victoria Beckham.
Remus also revealed that he has seen more American investors eyeing the Dubai real estate market.
“I’m pretty sure that this is only the beginning of a very interesting market. The whole world is talking about Dubai real estate. Especially the rich and famous feel attracted to this amazing location,” he said.
